Sandra Andrews Obituary

Sandra Kay McGhee-Andrews was born on September 10, 1956 in Hamilton, Ohio to George and Lucille McGhee. She transitioned to her heavenly home on February 20, 2020.

Sandra graduated from New Miami High School as a member of Junior Achievement and the High School Marching and Concert Band. She attended Southern Ohio College earning an Associate Degree in Business Administration. Sandra worked as a manager for the Clerk of Courts Title Division for many years. She loved bowling and was part of a league, enjoyed time with her family and family gatherings. It was very important to her to stay connected with family.

Sandra was an active church member of Christian Life Fellowship. Her contagious laughter, zest for life, love of God, authentic praise and worship affected everyone in her presence. Our spirits rejoice knowing that she fought a good fight and finished her course and is now resting in HIS arms! She enjoyed working with the youth and especially loved being youth choir director for many years at her former church. At Christian Life Fellowship Sandra served as Singles Ministry Director, Drama Ministry, Hospitality Ministry (as an Usher & Greeter), Women’s Choir, Sunday School member and Ladies of Life Women’s Ministry. Sandra was proceeded in death by her parents, six brothers, George McGhee, Herbert McGhee, French McGhee, Rodney McGhee, James Street, Robert Lee McGhee, four sisters, Mary Robertson, Annie Brown, Ada B. McGhee and Rotelia Waller.

Left to cherish her memory, her daughter Luciana “Shawna” Andrews, two grandsons whom she adored Cameron Duncan , Terry Duncan III all of Fairfield Ohio , one sister Sarah Butler of Hamilton, Ohio, two brothers Stanley (Anita) McGhee of Forest Park, Ohio, Robert (Linda) Foreman of Las Vegas, NV and a host of family and friends near and far. A very special aunt Catherine Bradley of Hamilton and longtime friends Vanessa Coleman, Evelyn Turner, Tracy Bradley, Shirley Williams, Sharon Chapman and Faye Hayes-Simpson.
