Rickey Nelson Ralston, Sr.

Rickey Nelson Ralston, Sr. was born May 6, 1951 to Mable and Marvin Nelson in Dayton, Ohio. Rickey departed this life on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the age of 68.

After graduating from Roosevelt High School, Rickey moved to Hawaii and then later to California before ultimately returning to Dayton. Rickey loved working on cars and spending time with family and friends and just being Rick.

Rickey is preceded in death by his father Marvin Nelson, brothers Marvin Nelson, Jr. and Donald Nelson, grandmothers Larsend Nelson and Mable Mukes.

Rickey is survived by his mother Mable Nelson, son Rickey Ralston, Jr., sister Brenda Nelson (Joe), brothers Lawrence (Darlene) Nelson and Michael (Mary) Nelson, auntie Tina and uncle Joe Fluellen, nieces Lisa Nelson, Kim Nelson and Michelle Nelson and special friend Sob.
