Raye Lynn Jones Moss

Raye Lynn Jones-Moss, 53, of Dayton, was born August 9, 1968 and passed at Kindred Hospital on July 27, 2022 after a long fought battle, surrounded by her loving family.

Raye Lynn is preceded in death by her father, Wilfred R. Nicholson; sister, Cynthia Jones; and grandmother Larocquean Woody. 

Raye Lynn leaves to cherish her memory: mother, Joyce Jones; husband, Douglas Moss Sr.; sons, Thomas (Buddy) Johnson, Douglas (Wannie) Moss Jr., and Deon Moss; daughter, Darshelle Jones; granddaughter, Kamryin Rakestraw; sisters, Michele Ford, Simona Mclean, Lolita Mclean, Kim Brewer, Lucretia Holiday, Waikeeta Cooper, Jawana McKinley, and Tameka Gordon; brothers, Cedric McClendon, Michael Bailey, John Mclean, Gerald Nicholson, and Romero Gordon. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, other relatives, and friends.

Raye Lynn loved helping people and proved that every day with her career in home health care.

Raye Lynn was also a life long member of the Church of Christ.
