Michael Terrell Jones

Michael Terrell Jones age 36 passed from labor to reward on January 27, 2020.  Michael or “Mikey” as he was affectionately known to his family will be remembered for his bright smile and his positive attitude about life.  Mike never complained and never had anything negative to say to anyone or about anyone.  Mike was an avid sports fan who loved the Indiana Pacers, Miami Dolphins, and Miami Hurricanes.  He also loved the WNBA and tennis and if you asked him; he could give you stats on the players, teams wins and losses and whatever else you might like to know.  His favorite participatory sports was “Pickle Ball” and Zumba.  Mike leaves to cherish from his immediate family his Parents Steve and Michelle Dixon of Wilberforce.  Brothers Brandon Allen Jones (Rhyan) of Wilberforce, Adrien “Rudy” Jones (Melodee) of Xenia, Uncle and Aunt Don and Deborah Dixon of Xenia, Uncle Wendell “Sonny” Williams, Aunt Veronica “Elaine” Williams of Cincinnati OH.  Nephews Javon and Jodee Cucovecki-Jones and nieces Jourdyn Cucovecki, and Parker Jones.  Uncle Charles Jones Aunts Stephanie and Melanie Jones of Pittsburgh PA.  Cousins DeJuan Gaskins of GA. and Constance (Matt) Otto of GA.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grand-parents Ernest “Butch” and Betty Harding-Hudson, paternal grandparents Joseph Allen Jones Sr. and Charlene Jones and father Joseph A. Jones, Jr. and a hosts of cousins and friends and his Frisch’s and YMCA family.  Michael lived out his faith in his treatment and love towards other.  We as his family loved him and will miss him but we understand that God loves him best and he is at rest.  All of us that remain should strive to Be like Mike!!
