Michael Rhea Davis Sr. died at his home in Cincinnati Ohio on January 16, 2020. He was born on April 30, 1956, in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Paul and Mary Davis who preceded him in death. He attended Middletown Schools and enlisted in the U. S. Navy where he received the National Defense Service Medal. Mike loved to laugh and cut up with his family and friends. Mike leaves to cherish his memory, his three sons Michael Davis Jr., Brandon Davis Sr., and Brian (Chelsey) Davis from his first marriage to Reverend Kathryn Davis. His Aunt Alma Davis, Morristown Tennessee, Uncle Skeet Davis, Augusta Georgia, Six brothers Lanny (Cathy) Tarter, Johnson City,Tennessee, Richard (Arlene) Davis, Portsmouth Virginia, Paul Davis, Houston Texas, Robert Davis, Birmingham Alabama, Gregory Davis, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Jeffrey Davis, Las Vegas Nevada, six step-children Brandy Ewing, Yaisa Frye, Darby Smith, Danielle Rudd, Elijah Rudd, Michael Rudd, from his former second marriage to Prophetess Veronica Davis Wright, Eighteen grandchildren and step-grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and close friends.

Memorial services were held at Bethel A.M.E. Church in Middletown, Ohio on Friday, February 7, 2020.
