Margie R Swint

Margie Swint of Dayton, OH was born in Tuskegee, Alabama to Mr. Jimmy Andrew Swint and Mrs. Ora Lee Swint om March 9, 1935. 

She was educated in Tuskegee, Alabama at Tuskegee High School.  Ms. Swint loved doing domestic work.

She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior; she sang in a gospel group as well as the Aspire Church choir for many years.  She loved making a joyful noise unto the Lord.

Ms. Swint was very kind and loving and generous to everyone and was willing to help in time of need.  She loved to travel with her son, Michael Swint along with family and friends.

On January 8, 2021, Ms. Swint transitioned from this life to be in the presence of the Lord.  Ms. Swint was preceded in death by her son, Michael Swint; her parents, Jimmy and Ora Lee Swint; her 3 brothers, Willie James Swint, Jimmy Lee Swint and John Edward Swint; and her 2 sisters, Doris Iverson and Annie Ruth Swint.

Ms. Margie Swint leaves to cherish her fond memories and celebrate her life; her daughter  in law, Mrs. Linette Swint; 1 beloved grandson, Michael Starks; 1 granddaughter, Shannon Clark; 2 great grandchildren, Mi’Kayla Starks and Michael Starks and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends.
