Lavelle Irving Carter was born to Phillip and Pamela Carter on October 1, 1971 in Middletown, OH. He was the middle of three children.
Lavelle was educated in the Middletown School System. Lavelle loved to play football and in his formative and junior high years, he played pee wee football and played for his junior high school. He also loved basketballand played in his junior and senior high school years.
Lovelle loved his sisters and was very protective of them. He was also very fond of and a mentor to his nephews, Ryan and Myron Williams. Lavelle could always be found cleaning his aprtment or cooking which was a constant pastime of his. He loved to cook which was exemplified in his line of work. He always worked in the food industry and was dedicated to his job. Lavelle never missed a day of work. Lavelle loved to grill meats and barbeque.
He loved to help others and truly will be missed by his many friends.
Lavelle was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Leroy and Ruth Revere; his paternal grandparents, Arthur and Mattie Garrett and James Carter; his sister, Lavette Williams Lunsford and his uncle, Lloyd Carter.
Lavelle is survived by his parents, Phillip and Pamela Carter; his sister, Catina Carter (Erik Jarmon); his two nephews, Ryan and Myron Williams; his aunts, Rhonda Revere, Janice Sweatt, Phyllis Lewis and Kathy Garrett; his uncles, Anthony Carter and Arthu (Debbie) Garrett, Jr. and a host of other relatives and numerous friends.
