Geraldine Stark

Geraldine Stark age 73, born March 13, 1948 in Lexington, Kentucky to Carrie Redd (Peoples). She transitioned from this life on Thursday May 5, 2022 at Aventura of Shiloh Springs in Trotwood, Ohio. Geraldine was a lifelong resident of Dayton, Ohio and as a youth attended Dayton Public Schools. 

She loved her family and friends. She loved cooking, watching movies and Sci-Fi channel upon end and listening to R&B soul music. Every song was her favorite. She would close her eyes, rock and snap her fingers to every single beat. She lived life her way and to the fullest. She dreamed daily of winning the lottery and splitting it with her five children. She was great about giving you a daily three way pick to play. Her love then grew even more for her grandchildren. Heaven truly gained an angel. Geraldine was loved by many and she will be greatly missed by all. 

Geraldine was blessed to have forty grandchildren, fifty-one great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Clarence Peoples; mother, Carrie Peoples; grandson, Demarquis Goode; grandson, J'uan Moore and granddaughter, Asia Blanks. 

She leaves to cherish her memory: five children, Vincent Darnell Redd, Mark Anthony (Ruth) Redd, Leonard James Patrick (Rachel) Redd, Elizabeth Catherine Stark and Derrick Stark; four devoted brothers, Kenneth Peoples, Yonnie Peoples, Kevin Peoples and Keith Peoples; half sister, Rita Early and half brother, Todd Norvell; devoted granddaughters, Latosha Horton, Tierra Stark and Darnica Redd; special friend, Linda Jones and a host of many relatives and friends.
