Garrett was full of life and told many jokes. He served as a head deacon and volunteered at Christ Tabernacle Apostolic Church. He practiced karate and was able to break a stack of boards with his head and bricks with his hands. He was a foodie; food was where the heart was, loved to cook and eat, and had some of the best recipes. He was an excellent dancer and a sharp dresser. He loved dancing, traveling, and gardening. Garrett is loved by many family and friends and will be dearly missed.
