Dorothy E. Cooper, age 72, of Dayton, OH, passed away Friday, May 20, 2022 at Gem City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Dayton, OH. She was born July 29, 1949 in Dayton, OH. Dorothy was the daughter of the late Marie and Wesley Judkins.

She was employed at the Marriott on Patterson Blvd. for several years and she also was a devoted house-keeper to the Shine family of Kettering, OH. Dorothy loved to laugh and play as well as sing along with her favorite old skool artists. Her all-time favorite artist to mimic in song was Aretha Franklin and man could she sing as well as Aretha! It seems we can still here her voice singing “Ain’t No Way”…. Sing Dorothy, Sing!!!
