Carolyn Knight Obituary

Carolyn aka Denie was born on October 4, 1954 to John Carl Knight Sr. and Doris (Knight) Rhoden. Denie was the 2nd child born of this Union.

Denie was educated in Hamilton City Schools & graduated from Garfield High School in 1974. Denie went to culinary school & worked as head cook for the Holiday Inn. Later in life she was Nanny to quite a few children.

She leaves to cherish her memory: daughter, Jessica Knight; her mother, Doris Rhoden; sisters, Charlene (Lee) Charley, Lanetta (Dwight) Knight Smith and Kimberly Rhoden-Murray; brothers, James Dougie Rhoden, Gregory Rhoden, Ronnie Knight and Duane Knight; two devoted nephews, Derrick Sutton and Jaylen Murray; 7 nieces; 6 nephews; 18 great nieces & nephews and a host of other family & friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, brother, John Carl Knight Jr., sister, Patricia Hillard and nephew, Lowell Hendrix.
