Annie O'Doll Obituary

Annie Mae Green O’Doll was born July 8, 1953, in Middletown, Ohio, the sixth of twelve children born to the late David, Sr. and Carrie Mae (Studivant) Green.

She was educated in Middletown City Schools, graduating from Middletown High School in 1971.

She accepted the Lord Jesus as her savior and united with Friendship Baptist Church, under the leadership of the late Rev. Willie Bankston and later with United Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. James Holloman.

She was married to the late Ambrose O’Doll III and to this union two children were born.  The family resided in Columbus, Ohio where she was employed by Nationwide Insurance Company.

Upon relocating to Middletown, Annie united with Faith Fellowship Ministries International, under the leadership of her brother, Bishop David Green, Jr., where she served faithfully as lead usher. She would always share her candy with attendees after church, and in season, food from the garden. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Annie went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 24, 2023, at her home. She was preceded in her departure by her parents; husband: Ambrose O’Doll III; daughter: Andrea Ayanna O’Doll Slay; sisters: Gertrude Smith and Elvira Green, and nephew: Jordan Swinger.
