Melvin Lee Gipp

Melvin Lee Gipp, age 39, of Dayton was born on April 15, 1979 to Derrick and Marsha Gipp Harris.  He transitioned from this life on March 9, 2019.

Melvin will be remembered for the great big grin always on his face.  He had a great big heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.  Melvin  had a great love for children.  He also loved spending time with his family and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents John and Bertha Mae Gipp, Bertha Mae Harris and Freddy Ingram.

He leaves to cherish his memories 3 daughters, Melanie Lee Gipp, Skylar Marie McCain and Kamari Webster of Dayton; 1 son Shaynes Gipp; 3 sisters Semeka Byrd, Octavia Harris and Genisha Hall of Dayton; 3 brothers Adrian Gipp (Lil Big Bro), Derrick Harris, Jr and Doyrian Harris; special cousin John-John; special grandmother Elnora Walker and a host of special aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
