Marzell Brown Obituary

Marzell Brown, age 90 of Englewood, Ohio, passed away on
Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Hospice of Cincinnati, Ohio. He
was born September 15, 1928 to the late Dee and Gertrude
Brown.
Marzell attended schools in Autauga County, in Alabama.
Marzell moved to Hamilton, Ohio in 1951. Where he worked and
raised 3 children along with his first wife, Beatrice Brown. While
living in Hamilton, he worked in Construction field for several
years and after moving to Dayton, Marzell was a long time
employee of General Motors Company.
Marzell married Gladys Pasley on April 7, 1968, before her
passing away June 23, 2005, Gladys and Marzell enjoyed being
long time active members of The City Movement Church in
Dayton Ohio. He was an active member for over 40 years in his
church and was a member of the Trustee Board and The Church
Council.
Despite his hectic schedule, family and friends were Marzell’s
passion and delight. After moving to Dayton, they continued to
live their lives together while raising their son, Mark.
Left here to cherish many memories: two daughters, Linda
McDougal and Glenda Keith, Forest Park, Ohio; Maurice Brown,
Springdale, Ohio and Mark Brown of Dayton, Ohio, Step-son
Lamar Pasley.
9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and host relatives and close friends.
