In memory of Lisa Darlene Clark. Born May 19, 1966 to Alice Parker and Earl Clark in Winchester, Kentucky. She is survived by her son Blaze Smith and his father Carl Smith, her father and mother, a step-father Keith Johnston, sister Teresa Chasteen, two brothers Robert Clark and Earl Clark and his wife Rachel, three nieces Neveah Chasteen, Christina and Emily Clark, and nephew Rusty Clark, many other uncles, aunts and cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister Christina May Clark. We will always have you in our hearts, may you rest in peace.
