Cicely McLoud-Evans

Cicely Nichole McLoud Evans affectionately known as “CeCe” or “Nikki” age 44 of  Englewood, Ohio was born December 17, 1974 in Xenia, Ohio to the late William and Sharon Ann McLoud. She was entrusted to a devoted and loving mother Beverly Y. Brown (deceased). Cicely was a graduate of Horace Mann High School, Chicago, Illinois. She was a licensed Insurance Agent.

CeCe was loved and cherished by many. She was one of a kind, loving and giving; one who enjoyed cooking, reciting poetry, jewelry making, fashionista, Thrifty Chics, trivia games and karaoke. She was the life of the party who was quick-witted and intelligent.

She is survived by her husband Ronald Evans and her faithful and adoring son, William Foster Phelps. Others left to cherish her memory are a very dear and caring aunt Barbara Jean Long and a devoted sister cousin Rita Long (John) Davis of Georgia. Great-cousins Robin Willingham, Charles “Chucky” Banks, Marquis Poole, Marquel Poole, Michael Howard Jr., Chloe “Bugs” Davis, John “Trey” Davis III. Lifelong friend DaShana Coleman Daniels, special friends Alice Hogan, Betty Ross, Lolita Stevenson, Nicole Aldridge, Jazzi and a host of other relatives and friends.
