Bobbie Jo Haley

Mrs. Bobbie J. Haley, 72, was born in Greenville, South Carolina on Sunday, June 30, 1946 to Josephine McCord and Calvin Jenkins. She moved to Dayton, Ohio in 1972 in which she became employed at General Motors for twenty years. Also was employed at Yoder Diecasting for seven years. She received Christ into her life while attending New Life Church of God in Christ in Middletown, Ohio. She went to be with the Lord Saturday, April 27, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Josephine McCord and Calvin Jenkins both of Greenville, S.C. Two brothers, Willie L. McCord and Emmanuel C. McCord, Sr., both of Greenville S.C. Her husband Charles R. Haley of Dayton, Ohio, her son Emanuel D. McCord, Sr. of Dayton, Ohio and Carl R. McKinney of Detroit, MI. She leaves to cherish her memories: Her loving and devoted daughter Carla McCord of Dayton, OH. Four Step-children, Robert Green, Jr., Chauntey Green, Mattie Huguely and Anthony Green all of Dayton, OH & Detroit, MI. One extended daughter: Alice Horne of Columbus, OH. Seven grandchildren: Anthony (Belinda) McCord, Shannon Huggins-McCord, Talisa McCord, De’Andrey McCord, Derek (Toni) McCord, Emanual D. McCord, Jr. and Zontaye’ Richardson all of Dayton, OH. She had five special friends: Annette Henry, Mariona Horne (deceased), Mamie Beckham, Princella Richardson and Mary Jane Lightfoot. Mrs. Bobbie J. Haley will be truly missed, but remembered by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.
