William Byes Obituary
William Edward Byes III was born on December 13, 1980 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Brenda J. Byes and William Edward Byes II. William departed his earthly home on May 23, 2018.
William attended Hughes High School, where he met the love of his life, RaSheta. This loving union created two precious beings, Shalea and Sabrina, the apples of his eye.
William loved spending time with his family and friends, and he was a dedicated father. He loved getting hugs from his daughters. He enjoyed playing basketball with Shalea. William liked to watch basketball, football, and horror and thriller movies.
At 6'7", William was a gentle giant who touched the souls of everybody he met. He had a very giving spirit and has literally given the shirt off his back to someone. He made others laugh and smile no matter where he was and everybody that he knew, or even met briefly, has a funny story about him.
William loved to barbeque and would fire up the grill at a moment's noticea€"even in the middle of December. He was also quite a seafood lover. He was an amazing cook who was also a regular at many seafood and ethnic restaurants. He loved chocolate above all other sweets.
To know William was to love him. From an early age, William was a fun-loving person who enjoyed entertaining people and making them feel good. He had a quick wit and was very observant of his surroundings. He never hesitated to speak up if he thought something wasn't right.
William is preceded in death by his father, William Edward Byes II; grandmother, Bertha Mae Lewis; grandfather, J.C. Lewis, Sr.; grandfather William Byes, Sr.
William leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Brenda J. Byes; daughters, Shalea and Sabrina Byes and their mother, RaSheta; grandmother Annie Byes; aunts Louella Curry (Nate), Ruby Bean (James), Rosemary Byes, and Adrienne Williams; uncles Jimmie Lewis, John Lewis (Deborah), Kenneth Byes, Richard Byes, Lawrence Byes, Michael Byes, and Jimmy Byes; and a host of other family and friends.
