COLEMON, Charles Bernis age 81 passed away Friday, December 15, 2017. Charles lived most of his life in Hamilton, Ohio where he met and married Ruby Lee Hill of West Virginia. They were married for 48 years, and their union produced four children; Charles (Deborah) of Woodstock, GA, Wanda (David Mills) of Alpharetta, GA, Vidale (Vicki) of Grayson, GA and Camille "Mia" (Jeffery Burgin) of Nashville, TN. Charles was known for loving the Lord, his ability to fix anything, his extraordinary work ethic, a calm demeanor and firm but loving discipline. He was an ever-present father, a loving husband and an incredible example of how a life sold out to Christ should look....not perfection, but unconditional love and a dependency on The One who is perfect. He was very active in his home church, Bethel Baptist of Hamilton, where he accepted Christ in his early 30s. While at Bethel, he served as a Deacon and a Trustee, and was a devout tither; but more importantly, he loved God, loved his fellow man, and studied the Bible daily as he sought God's wisdom and direction for his life.
